By the completion date, the following tasks were performed:

• Supported  the identification of high-risk shipments.
• Independently verified the declared transaction value through price research and  identified all cases of under-invoicing.
• Trained Customs officials in risk management, Article VII valuation, price research, goods inspection, tariff classification and using the MicroClear® Price Research System.
• Helped China Customs enhance its price database.
• Organized periodic meetings with China Customs officials to clarify valuation issues and other specific WTO and WCO requirements.
