MicroClear® Single Window links private and public sector players (B-B, B-G, G-G) along regional and international supply chains. Trade requests and declarations are processed through MicroClear® Single Window platform by relevant cross-border regulatory agencies (B2G).

Communication and Coordination platform

Inter-agency (G2G) requests, referrals, validations or information sharing is managed by the MicroClear® Single Window platform. The agencies process the case, coordinate among themselves, and send an integrated response to trade. Likewise, an Agent can communicate with a logistics company through the MicroClear® Single Window platform (B2B).

Cross-Border Regulatory Agencies (CBRAs) manage tariff, trade policy and regulatory requirements in their respective domains on MicroClear® Integrated Tariff and Policy module. CBRAs manage their functions of risk management, enforcement, monitoring and intelligence in the Single Window.

Licenses, Permits, Certificates and Other documents (LPCO)

Participating agencies manage their processes of Licenses, Permits, Certificates and Other documents (LPCO) and approvals onto a single system by integrating or interfacing with MicroClear®. MicroClear® offers information exchange among agencies’ port operations, testing laboratories and Trade.
