Product Overview

PCA creates Audit plans for Transactional Audit, Field Audit and Desk Audit. The system schedules visit for organization’s audit in the case of Field Audit. The system assigns Auditor for visits scheduled for auditing either automatically (based on the availability of the Auditor team and their skill-set), or manually (by an Audit Manager).

Planning and Scheduling

PCA system creates Transactional Audit for the selected declarations that need detailed scrutiny on some dimension. It is done using RMS features of routing transactions for post release verifications. The process is configured according to local settings, e.g. administration may hold the release of consignment and refer it for audit verifications, or it may provisionally release the goods.

Auditor designs templates comprising a set of questions for compliance checking, which assists the Auditor in carrying out the audit process methodically. These templates and questions guide the Auditor on what information to systematically look for, while auditing the business records, capture information, record findings and develop audit observation and analysis reports.

Reporting

Auditor uploads supporting documents, reference documents and photos/images or audio/video for an audit activity and creates PCA Analysis Report, Risk Report and detailed Audit Report.
